protein powder and creatine together

I got one of those blenders for my birthday and I’m looking to do some protein powder and creatine and add it to my blender
I’m thinking I’m gonna do a couple scoops of protein powder one scoop of creatine and use some pineapple juice as my base along with a couple bananas to sweeten things up.
My question is what else would you add to something like this that will help build muscle

you should just use protein high and drink creatine seperate

I’ve mixed both for years with no issues. What made a creatine difference for me wasn’t timing but making sure I stayed consistent and drank enough water. Adding it to my post-workout shake made it easy to remember. Keep the scoop amounts right and you’re good.

I use Creatine in my Protein shakes all the time. As well as Glutamine.

One of the staples of my protein shakes is High Protein Yogurt of all different flavors as well as Low Fat & Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Great way to add more Whey and Casein Protein as well as good calories.

Also Peanut Butter not only adds Protein and healthy fats & calories but also great taste. I'm a Peanut Butter addict so....
