Which is your primary source? For me it is eggs, you can fry them,hard boil,poach,scramble and even through them at people you dont like, Which do you prefer?
I eat a lot of eggs, raw mostly but they are super fast digesting and absorbing so youd need to eat these damn near every hour to keep amino acid uptake high, IMHO. Beef, which is getting hard to eat now is giving me the best ressults. Im having it twice daily. Using a crock pot.
Id love to hear other protein sources in the meat department or at least how to cook or types of meat that I can stomach for longer durations
