nope never got into regular pull ups! Always told myself i would start doing them but i never did! It hurts my elbows or atleast use to, but im sure i could have gotten use to it and dealt with it but i just never did them and know i prolly would have benefited from them

I love pullups, do them while keeping legs strait out. Most trainers call me a show off when i start doing them.

I watched Mountain Dog do them or someone else, but I do them with a neutral grip and bring my elbows out and down. Its amazingly hard actually. I started with the "V" bar on the pulldown and got good enough that I can now do about 7 pull-ups in this manner. My lats have never reahced that kind of failure. I do them religously now

yep most weeks as wide as possible..i use a dipping belt and stick 20-25kg on there i love that shit..in fact ive not done them since last year cheers will do them on wensday..
my gym partner dont like em cuz its the only exercise i lift more than him and he's a beast..other wise i would do em every week i think its a great exercise and should not be missed..

I hadnt been doing them up until last couple weeks and ive been doing them later getting pretty sore so I guess they are workimg

Used to do them in between my chest sets when I was lifting with some power lifters years ago. They wud bench heavy and then do 20 wide grip strict pull ups without breaking a sweat

The only pull ups I ever did was wide grip. I was get to the point where I could do 3 sets of 10. I always did them first thing on back day.

Yes its a great exercise, I have a chin up bar in my garage and will rep out when I can not go to the gym
