Hello Muscle Chemistry, My name is Matt and It is a pleasure to be here. I would like to personally thank you for allowing me to be here. I look forward to interacting with you and assisting you in any way that I can
I very much enjoy meeting like minded people to exchange knowledge, thoughts and ideas with regarding this fitness lifestyle that we all know and love. I like to be in a constant state of learning and "soaking up" all the information and knowledge I can. If a day goes by that I didn't learn something (no matter how great or small) I just don't count it as a successful day.
I'm a husband, father and dog lover. I've dabbled in weightlifting and fitness off and on since I was a teen but the past 2 years is when I really started taking it seriously. I got away from alcohol 2 years ago and it is no coincidence in that is the time I started to become serious about my fitness goals and this lifestyle. I'm not the strongest or the most jacked guy in the room but I work hard to be better today than I was yesterday in all aspects of my life including fitness.
One could say that I am a podcast addict as I listen to them daily. They range from fitness, PEDs, science, physiology, bio hacking, current events, conspiracy theories, paranormal stuff, and the list goes on.
Once again, thank for allowing me (us) to be here and I look forward to interacting with all of you in the coming days.
If I can be of any help to you please feel free to reach out to me. Depending on my work schedule I am generally able to respond fairly quickly
