@owelris Winstrol (Stanozolol) is a non-aromatizing DHT-derivative. Physiologically, it is impossible for real Stan to cause "moon face" or water retention; in fact, its primary cosmetic use is to act as a mild diuretic by competing with aldosterone at the mineralocorticoid receptor.
If you are experiencing systemic bloat and moon face on "Winstrol," there are only two technical possibilities:
Substituted Compounds: The most common "greedy UGL" move is replacing expensive raw Stanozolol with cheap
Methandrostenolone (Dianabol) or
Methyltestosterone. Both aromatize heavily and will blow you up with water in days. Since you’re at week 4, the E2 (Estrogen) accumulation from the fake compound is likely at its peak.
Liver Stress Edema: If it’s actually Stan but of poor grade with heavy metal impurities, your liver might be under extreme stress, leading to secondary fluid retention. However, "moon face" points 100% to a substituted aromatizing oral.
My advice? Drop that specific bottle immediately. No amount of Arimidex will fix "Winstrol" that is actually Dianabol.
For the researchers here: this is why we preach
Batch-Specific HPLC testing. If you aren't seeing a lab report for the exact batch in your hand, you aren't a researcher, you're a lab rat.
Stay safe.
