yep wish i did them more but im lazy..might do 50 before a chest work out...or might do them supper setted with heavy machine press..
i heard some big guys say thats how they got a good chest press ups every day..
Yep did my time... You know the slew to que 50 cals on the decks of the battleships in the movie "Battleship"? yep that was me lol I was part of the group that initially fielded those from a trailer in the desert lol used to teach the Navy how to use them... My CWO wrote the book on them. I did stuff like that lol nothing like jumping out of good airplanes or anything like that
