Question

90 minutes max, try to keep it to 60 minutes or less, though. And I split up cardio and lifting, I don't do them during the same trip.
 
i workout for 40 minutes a day. never did cardio(except baseball and working in my vineyard)and never will. i have a very high metabolism. when i do workout though, i only wait about 30 seconds between sets. i see these wannabe fellas in the gym that have their hen parties and chit chat for 10 minutes between sets and wonder why they aren't improving as well as others.
 
I'm jealous of the few that can do no cardio and still be lean. It's always been a struggle to keep waist thin. bastards lol
