questionable results from southernsarms.com

so I used southersarms products. Ran their lgd 20mgs a day, gw 10mgs a day and RAD 15mgs per day.
Put on way too much size on this cycle which makes me very suspicious. I went from 155 pounds to 180 pounds, also I started to develop gynecomastia symptoms and I still have a lump even though I stopped this cycle three weeks ago.
Any idea what happened here did I get some fake product?
