Hey guys, its been awhile ... HE'S BAAACK
I have a huge question - any help would be appreciated. I've read your posts on removing bacteria from IGF powder. When I got my IGF powder there was info on removing pyrogen from the powder. I noticed you guys did not mention pyrogen. I have no idea what pyrogen is.
From your posts it sounds like all I have to do is add 1 ML AA or BA to each 1 mg vial of IGF powder. (I also add bacteriostat water to the slin, not the vial, when injecting my experimental animal.) My question is - will the AA or BA kill everything and am I fine. Or do I have to do something else to rid the pyrogen. They were talking about some "gel flitration" that was impossible for me to understand. My hope is that adding the BA or AA will be sufficient to make the IGF injectable for my animal.
Thanks guys - any help is appreciated as this stuff is not cheap. BTW for folks just starting on it - get ready thee animal loves it!
