Rotator Cuff issues

I was an idiot when I was younger. I worked for a bottled water company and let the full weight drop from over my head on my shoulder joint. We are talking about 48 pounds from 6 feet in the air with just a grip on the bottle neck. My right rotator cuff is shot. On inclines I feel like it may blow out of socket. I can't do militaries with any kind of weight without suffering for several days. What are some good substitutes that will not destroy my shoulder on chest and shoulder day.

I will give you the best advice go get a Massage for Active release, and deep tissus massage,i will bet 100% you will get back to me and say to feel 50-75% better after just one massage. If money is tight get in Contact with a Everest College, they offer a massage for only 20.00 for 1 hour, but that is how much i pay in Canada,so maybe its cheaper in the States, but i know for a fact Everest College is in many State in the US,since i go to the college.Best of luck..

I have had shoulder surgery before, you need to pay special attention to really slow warm ups, use the smith machine for inclines. Find a groove that has no pain by moving your palms around/different incline levels. I got the idea from Frank Zane who also had a bad shoulder. Bottom line is if it hurts , stop. Shoulders can heal, mine took a year after the surgery.
