I want to powerlift but when I try and go heavy my joints suffer
heard that bpc157 helps improve joints so I need your advice
please help me put something together. My plan is this: 100mcg a day of bpc157 in 2 of the joints around my body which I will alternate. Good? I’m 50 years old.
