went and hit quads and back today kinda just went through the motions. ok pump, but i know i could have done more.
 
It happens.......usually makes you very hungry for your next scheduled quad and back workout. Sometimes it's just one of those days but sometimes it's your body telling you to chill for this one......either way you kick ass next time around.
 
well i missed wed and thrs due to being sick so tried hitting those 2 body parts today. i hate playing catch up, but will smash them both next week.
 
yea, at least a hangover would be a good excuse for a shitty workout.
 
yeah not sure think might have had a touch of the fina flu. slugish no energy no apetite, but better today crushed bis and tris, and hungry as hell. good times.
