So this is what my surgeon had to say about gyno surgery

I just had mine done it was a year process first last year he did lipo ten in Feb he took out the tissue no scaring unless your black maybe, you could keloid but he's pretty vague about it coming back!

I believe I heard that pgf2 injected in the pecs has caused some gyno related side effects in some people, so I would be weary of this. People commonly inject it in the pecs cuz it eats the fat up but at the same time I read they have lumps that seem to grow behind the nipple at the same time. I don't know what to make of this, but using it to lessen gyno sounds like a toss up.
