I mean seriously sore every single day..I mean I am training heavy as hell all week and with weights that are unreal compared to my bodyweight, but seriously not a day goes by that I am not hurting...
I finally realized that Im actually quite sick of it, its not a muscle pump, muscle tight sore, its like I have been hit by a car sore...and Im only training 3x per week and Strongman 1x per week right now, you guys go through this too to this extent??
