Do any of you guys throw any extras in with your protien shakes? does anything you guys do seem to help with growth? strength in that aspect?
i drink syntha-6 40g
w/5g glutamine
5g creatine
1/2-1 cup whole oats
i do three shakes a day, on top of my meals through out the day.
i only used to eat whole food and hardly ever drink shakes. but as i started adding them i feel alot fuller and stronger. but it leaves me feeling bloated
any body have similar expirience?
