No not really, but i do squat 3 times a week at the beginning of a work out. Once on actual leg day, and then twice more in the week before like chest and back say. Really burns the fat and has been the key to kicking through a plateau.
I do Front Squats at the end most o the times, really like front squats and I always seem to get a good burn and there's no need to go real heavy with em

In the off season if I'm getting too strong on squats, I'll put them at the end. It takes ALOT out of me to do them at the end, but when you weigh it with the risk of injury of having to use 200lbs more at the beginning it's worth it. I've also done it to break through plateau's. Totally pre exhaust the quads, but still have the back and hips fresh really lets you hammer them
