steroidify has frustrated me bigtime. I’ve been a long time customer but I’m done with them. The reason I say this is my recent experience was poor. They didn’t live up to expectations at all. I put 2 orders with them within 3 days. Thought I would be fine doing it this way as I didn’t get paid until friday so couldn’t get everything on the 1st order. Well they sent me the 2nd order which was much smaller. And ignored my first order which was the big one. I understand mistakes happen but this sort of mixup shows me they just aren’t organized.

Contact them directly and deal with it properly
i'm glad you brought this to light. however 2 separate orders can be different. one could arrive sooner and vice versa if they are from 2 different warehouses

Steroidify never ignores orders, but orders from different warehouses or containing different products are obviously processed differently.
We have warehouses all over the world, some within the US, within the EU, in Asia, Middle East, etc... so ETA times and processing will vary immensely.
Our reship/refund policies, which are BTW the strongest in business, kick in 60 days after shipments are out.
All of this is widely explained in our FAQs and well understood by any "long time customer".
If you're indeed a real customer and will not disappear after one message, you're more than welcome to drop me a private word with order # and we can figure everything out.

steroidify is a solid source. everyone has a bad day they will make it right

Unfortunate you had to deal with an issue. I personally have never had an issue with them!
you maybe getting a bit impulsive....sources like steroidify takes business seriously the reason they are trusted and legit....no way your orders are getting ignored.....better to get in touch with them and sort out they will surely help.......
