I would DIE without equal precontest. I use crystal light and equal year round except for the last week before a show, then that goes along with all sodium. I also drink diet coke as long as I drink a gallon of water a day (with crystal light) I am good. I see nothing wrong with it at all.

i use splenda with everything during the strict diet times. looking at cottage cheese makes me sick but blending it with splenda is still not gross but more manageable.

I used to use splenda in my oats. I copied and pasted below.

Stevia is a genus of about 240 species of herbs and shrubs in the sunflower family (Asteraceae), native to subtropical and tropical regions from western North America to South America. The species Stevia rebaudiana, commonly known as sweetleaf, sweet leaf, sugarleaf, or simply stevia, is widely grown for its sweet leaves. As a sweetener and sugar substitute, stevia's taste has a slower onset and longer duration than that of sugar, although some of its extracts may have a bitter or licorice-like aftertaste at high concentrations.
With its steviol glycoside extracts having up to 300 times the sweetness of sugar, stevia has garnered attention with the rise in demand for low-carbohydrate, low-sugar food alternatives. Because stevia has a negligible effect on blood glucose, it is attractive as a natural sweetener to people on carbohydrate-controlled diets

i use a variety of this type of stuff. I try to absolutely stay away from acesulfame K...I prefer stevia over splenda, but it seems you cant avoid splenda these days. Our customers seem to prefer sucralose (Splenda) over stevia as it more sweet according to them. Dont know how, stevia is much stronger.

Love crystal light, hate plain water and always adding lime juice adds calories and is inconvenient at times. There's a new crystal light with raw sugar and natural flavorings that is only 10 calories. Love this stuff too.

Wife and I use to live on Crystal Light, but havent drank it in a while now, whats raw sugar?

sugar that is not processed chemically or by artificial means...literally ripped of the cane and into the bag...like mother nature intended

I must be weird cause all I drink is water except for coffe in da morn. I like crystal light, but I never think about buying it. I go through 3 cases of bottled water a week. Ever since I upped my water intake, I look more full all the time. I always have a bottle of water with me, always....
