If anyone in this thread is an actual Superbolix customer and experienced a genuine issue, please provide an order number, email address, payment reference, or support ticket number.
We will gladly investigate any legitimate complaint.
However, multiple accusations have been made throughout these threads without any verifiable information, evidence, screenshots, or order details that would allow us to identify a real customer or a real order.
We stand behind our products and our customer service. If a verified customer has been negatively affected by a mistake on our side, we will work to resolve the situation fairly.
Facts and evidence matter more than anonymous accusations.
