Here is the question that a buddy of mine asked me, not exactly like this but you'll get the idea. **This is not a request for prices or sources or anything like that**. There are 2 parts and if for any reason you feel uncomfortable about answering here please feel to e-mail me. I am going to post this on a couple of different boards, let it sit a week or two and give him the results for his own use. Thanks in advance for your response.
2 buddies are going to TJ and wanted to pick up some gear while they were there. Being brand new to the idea, they don't for sure what would be their best options. They have small bank rolls (let's say $3-400 ea. just for a base). They are both looking for a 8-12 week cycle that will meet their requirements.
Person A - mid 30's, works out 3-4 times /week. Has extremely high metabolism, eats around 4000 cal/day and can't gain a pound. Body is around 5'8", weight about 185, BF ~8%. Wants to buld up, add mass.
Person B - mid 30's, works out 4-5 times / week. Lifts and does lots of cardio. Can't eat 3000 cal/day without gaining fat. Very slow metabolism. Body is around 6'0", weight about 220, BF ~20%. Wants to add muscle size and get rid of as much fat as possible.
