Survivor's log to using MC IGF-1 Lr3 for helping cure an injury. Updated weekly

In March of 2013 I slipped and fell hard on some ice and injured my left elbow near the triceps insertion. The x rays showed no breaks. I kept training on it for 3 contests, how I don't know. Then last month I finally had MRI done and damage was on the anconeus (lower tricep muscle) Possibly nerve damage or tendon/ligament irritation. No tears though.

So Nov 11 I began physical therapy where the PT has me doing some wrist stretches and also put a Ionto unit on affected area, like a tens unit only battery powered that stops in 3 hrs.

On that day I also started Muscle Chemistry IGF-1 on the advice of Presser who recommend it as he had similar issue on his quad a few yrs back and made a great comeback using the IGF. I started with 0.3 IU of the IGF daily.

I will post each week my progress for those who may have injuries or conditions. Hopefully we can all benefit from my pain LOL.

Talk to you next week on my progress. BTW the PT suggested a lay off of chest, delts and triceps for the time being.

Just got back from therapy, thanks to PT, Muscle Chemistry IGF-LR3, and Ionto unit, in one week I have straightned my injured arm another 7 degrees, not great amount but measurable progress. I have more homework to do as far as rehab exercises and all but doing better.

More in one week. On the mend I hope

yeah 7 degrees doesn't sound like much at all, but I'm guessing its quite noticeable to you! Wish you the best brutha, and hope all goes as planned for you!

how are you making out brutha man? Hope your doing even better then last time, and Happy Thanksgiving to you daddio!

Went yesterday, was gonna post but got tied up, more progress, arm more pliable, did ultrasound and deep tissue message. Test will be closer to Christmas when I come off my layoff of chest, delts and tris (about 6 wk by then). Go again next week, am keeping up with excersises for therapy and MC IGF-1 Lr3 per this fine web site. Will post next week after more.

Thanks bro for the T Day wishes, you too have a great Thanksgiving. Gotta go squat before I gorge myself.
Damn 3:28 am Presser.....half the drunks not even out of the bars by then LOL.

Yeah man!! Great to hear..... and Presser is one dedicated mofo!!!

Weekly update, twice this wk for PT, for first time since Nov 11th put very light load on tricep via pushdowns, kickbacks and 5lb dumbell chest presses (what a beast). No pain but bad arm shakes and wont straighten all the way.

So continue PT, some at home exercises and MC IGF 1lr3. I couldnt find conversion tables, am taking 0.4 of a IU, hope thats about right.

If your using an insulin pin, each little line on a half cc pin is 10mcg. each one on the 1 cc pin is 20mcg. Or every 10 mark is 100mcg on either. Hope this helps....

i had to read that shit twice bro! then i seen your (what a beast) lol, well truth be told we've all been there or at least I have! I actually stopped going to Physical Therapy because it was doing more harm then good, and my neck needed more rest and recovery time before i started beasting out with 10 pound resistant bands (Im twice the beast you are, lmao)

Anyhow, I wish you all the best brutha, and hope the igf really helps your recoup time! I also know that "shaking" feeling , i had it when i had nerve damage with my left quad, and atrophy was so bad once the muscle finally started working again, it was so weak i would shake doing leg extensions with just a single plate, so i know it sucks, but it gets better brutha!

Ya... my right quad still shakes violently doing extensions and even sometimes on presses. My nerve damage is in my neck though, but don't think I haven't considered some applications in the area

Anytime brutha! and thank you for logging your use of our igf!

What is the injury like? Is it crazy pain or weakness or does it just feel messed up? Nerve damage is the worst, but IGF really makes a dramatic impact. Keep us posted on any and all progress. You haven't been able to train at all since the injury?

No pain when not under load, been on a C,S & T layoff for a month now but time to re-start albeit very very light and progress from there. I would say is more a tightness in triceps, weird thing is when I do dumbbell chest presses, my bad arm just wander off to my side automatically while the right one goes straight up. The MRI showed damaged anconeus, part of the tricep, nerve damage is purely speculative.

So tomorrow will start C, S and T's.....

yeah that doesn't sound good bro lol, a wandering arm i mean lol, I'm sure you will be 1000% in no time
