Survivor's log to using MC IGF-1 Lr3 for helping cure an injury. Updated weekly

Hope yr right Press, I did first semi real chest today, very light per advice from my PT, I did 15lb dumbell chest presses, 3 sets, 20 reps per, and made sure to fully extend my bad arm all the way as per advice from Dr I have to re-train that arm to straighten. Bad elbow still feels tight and even 15 lbs dumbell had a tendancy to walk on my bad side, I was damn depressed abt that. But cant judge by one measly WO...

well for what its worth bro, i have had it that bad with a shoulder injury and i could bench for months on end! Had to move to dumbbells from barbell, and go light like ur talking about, and in time i got healed up and by the time i was able to barbell bench again which was a couple years, i was stronger then ever!

Thanks for the encouraging words, like you said, the key is light, real light. The male egos a sensitive thing.....15 lb dumbell chest presses is just wrong....but is the right thing to do

lmao, I know bro, trust me i been there and it sucks even worse when some skinny dickwad sees you working out and struggling with light weight and they come stand next to you on purpose to show you how they can lift more then you, fucking morons

My weekly update.....still doing about 12 sets of all rehab stuff for tricep, dumbell chest presses, pushdowns, wall pushups, kickbacks, dumbell tri ext, and couple of stretches meant to straighten my arm. The PT said to lock my elbow with the intent of training it to straighten all the way.

I found in interesting that one of my PT did NOT know what a tri pushdown was, also chest presses, kickbacks and some other ones. they knew how to execute them, but it was me that educated them on what it was called.

Interesting…YES! Surprising…..NO! lol. Amazing isn't it bro!

BTW to those who have rehabed muscles, when I'm doing the above excersises, my tri does feel better and not so tight feeling, I assume this is good and means my body is responding right??

Another thanks to MC IGF-1 Lr3 which aslong with a layoff and PT is helping. I can see why this gets such high remarks

If your using an insulin pin, each little line on a half cc pin is 10mcg. each one on the 1 cc pin is 20mcg. Or every 10 mark is 100mcg on either. Hope this helps....

Hey brotha, you are correct 1 cc (ml) slin pin every tick mark is 20. On a half cc (ml) slin pin is 10. I included a link for others to read.

I personally use a 28g 3/10 insulin syringe with whole and half unit markings since I am dosing 30 units or less. Most common is the u-100 (1ml).

I started my first does years ago and ended up taking 120mcgs my very first time. I felt hypo and had to drink an apple juice so I didn't pass out, then went to the gym and felt like a balloon after my first set, my pumps were so intense.

I had tendonitis (tennis elbow) and it helped me recover. I added it to my cycle with deca, hgh, and anavar. It worked wonders haven't had any issues since.

I missed a posting weekly by a few days, sorry. Tricep feeling better esp once I put load on it, still shakes like a MF though when doing even light presses. Gonna be a long road back, taking my time and being patient. Is the shaking when working it normal?

This rehab made possible by Physical Therapy and am using MC IGF-Lr3. More next week, thanks to Presser for his guidance

good deal brutha! your order shipped as soon as it came in, so look for it today or tomorrow
Got it!!
I read to apply right after WO, are there any dietary factors involved? I assume I can eat protein/carbs right after? I usuallu drink Gatorade post WO too, with the sugar in for the insulin spike after hard WO, is this ok too? thanks

yes gatorade is fine PWO, and you should force as much protein into your muscles as possible if your using it post workout, just like insulin, it forces all nutrients into the muscles, another words you will get much better uptake than normal.

Presser can you answer this, as you know I'm rehabbing suspected nerve damage in tricep and you had said to apply close to where damage likely is, which I have been doing but that area is now swollen as hell also very lumpy too. (I do use 1/2" SUB Q sticks). So my issue is it required to apply nearest the injury esp. in this case? I went in my abs today to give arm a break, its pretty deformed looking

no bro, you can apply it anywhere and it will still help, i just personally think it works best when applied closest to the injured area and have read others say the same thing. But if its giving you issues close to the area, then i would move away.

Been a while now, anconeous muscle still acting up, still have issues with strength. Dumbells still wander to the outside and I cant stop them. Only thing that may help would have spotter next to me who keeps dumbell on correct vertical path. Somehow I must get that to do what its supposed to do. Nerve damage is purely spectutive, maybe not at all.....I started using IGF more on below elbow joint now in hopes that direct application will help. Those of you who have had definite nerve damage, you said took a while to heal, define while. Rehab at clinic when from Mid Nov to mid Dec, now been doing on my own. Give it more time??

On a more positive note, despite this, people are commenting on how good I look.....so cosmetically speaking, MC's IGF is awesome despite my wussy smith machine presses on upper body. Now if only my arm would get better

Damn i applied to affected area today and now left fingers totally immobilzed. same thing happened a few wks ago to only 2 fingers, but came back within a few hrs....hoping same this time, must have applied to a nerve or something. i hate typing with one hand
