so went to the Dr this am after blood test to check my thyroid levels. he basically said it was like I wasn't taking it at all.
so after a little research this is what I've found that could impact it:
Magnesium in my BCAAs(appox 50mg a day)
High fiber from eating so many green beans. 12oz a day
Also could be from having my drink first thing in the am and it being to close to when I take my synthroid.
AM Drink:
10g Glutamine
1 scoop BCAA(Intrabolic from Athletic Edge)
1oz Aloe Juice
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinigar
Here's my diet as it sits now just in case:
Meal 1 – 8oz Flank Steak, 4-5oz green veggies
Pre-Workout Meal – 1 scoop Protein
Pre-Workout Shake – 1 Scoop BCAA , 1 serving Pre-workout(RCSS Yeah Buddy, GAT PMP)
Intra-Workout Shake – 2 Scoops BCAA , 5g Glutamine, 2tbsp Navitas Naturals Organic Coconut Water Powder, 5g Creatine monohydrate, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Post-Workout Shake – 1.5 scoop Protein
Post-Workout Meal (45 mins after shake) – 1 cups Jasmine Rice, 6oz Ground Turkey Breast
Meal 2 – 1/2 cup Jasmine Rice, 7oz Ground Turkey Breast
Meal 3 – 8oz chicken breast, 1oz avocado, 4oz green beans
Meal 4 – 8oz chicken breast, 1oz avocado, 4oz green beans
Meal 5 – 2 scoops Protein

100mg Mast P ED
25mg Win 2x per day
100mg Tren A EOD
1mg Adex ED
Starting Oct 1 - Add 1.25mg Letro ED
Add 50mg Proviron split into 2 doses
I'm 4 weeks out Saturday and I still managed to look the part but I've had to cut a lot, carbs are really low and I'm doing a ton of cardio. I might not be able to get this back up in time(likely won't) but I've got to do it anyways. I was hoping someone else has had exp with this before. Maybe it's as simple as replacing the green beans with something else and waiting to eat/drink anything a little later in the AM. any insight would be appreciated. thanks
