Oh ok, I'm from the south we are pretty illiterate down here so to us a spic is anyone of Hispanic decent....but have learned that there are 2 types ones of Spanish decent and ones of Aztec and myan decent....and I didn't learn that til I married on lol...mine she was of Aztec decent so all her family claimed to be bad ass warriors but in reality weren't....I can say though they would blow up quick without juice..but eat meat by the pound at every meal.

I've never been one for supplements other than protein and bcaa...well I was told to try some creatine well I was pretty skeptical as I am with everything...believe it or not I preloaded with 20g a day for 5 days and now 5 grams a day....and one day 3 of preload it all disappeared, I don't know if I wasn't holding enough water for my joints or what but the creatine has made it disappear completely
