I think dyazide is the best and safest way to go. I wish guys would leave the insulin alone when carbing up, it's just too damn hard to get it right.

Roelly certainly has the mass to be a threat in nearly any big show. He looked great in every pic I saw, but I still say he's got one of the ugliest mid sections I've ever seen. His abs just look weird to me

I agree it really takes away from his v-taper especially in the front shots! Look at the pic of all 4 of them earlier in this thread, Shawn and Tony both kill him in that shot.

That's what they said about Ronnie. His linea alba was worse than Winklers. This dude's outer triceps in that shot look bigger than the steak I'm eating!!
