How f...in pathetic. You serve your country to the highest degree and give your life for it and yet they proceed to bust you for using gear for your personal use.Thank GOD I don't have a civilian record from it! I wasn't charged with a felony either. It went to Special Court Martial (General Court Martial would have been worse) so I was faced with a year maximum. I ended up taking a plea and only doing 3 months. The box with the controlled delivery had enough Test and Deca for a 16 week cycle. After I tore my bicep, I was just looking to get back in the game by doing my own rehab after surgery (Igf-1 lr3 worked fuckin wonders by the way, but that's a whole other story!). So I get apprehended by 3 Air Force Special Investigators, 2 DEA agents, and 2 U.S. Customs agents, who all looked like they were ready for a shoot out! I was literally just checking my mail as I was going downstairs to do cardio, lol. They have a warrant to search my place and confiscate: DNP; Igf-1 lr3; ghrp-6; hgh frag; humalog; research chems like caber, tamox, tadalifil, vardenafil, and a-dex; bac and sterile water; slin pins; syringes; needles; and a half empty 10ml Deca. After that I was taken down to base so they could question me, so I just asked for a lawyer. They held me til they could get authorization to take a piss sample for a gear test. After that I was released. This was in like June or July of 2011. I wasn't considered guilty of anything, so I went back to work "under investigation," and still managed to get a promotion a few months later, lol! The prosecution did their homework for fuckin 9 MONTHS before we went to trial. All they came up with was possession of Test and Deca. Thankfully, I had a stellar record and awesome lawyer, so I got off with 90 days and reduction to E-4. I didn't even get discharged. It wasn't til after I left the brig that my commander and I decided to get me out on a General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions so I would still keep my VA benefits. There's so much more to the story, but I can't remember it all.
