If there's away to get hurt I'll find it everytime.Yesterday at the gym I messed up my Achilles tendon on my left foot doing leg press.I'm wondering if HGH or IGF would help much.I've just never used them before.I'm getting ready to try Igf any way.Think that's enough or should I add in HGH?I gotta do something the doctor said not to use it for 6 weeks I can't go that long I'll lose my mind!LOL!
