If there's away to get hurt I'll find it everytime.Yesterday at the gym I messed up my Achilles tendon on my left foot doing leg press.I'm wondering if HGH or IGF would help much.I've just never used them before.I'm getting ready to try Igf any way.Think that's enough or should I add in HGH?I gotta do something the doctor said not to use it for 6 weeks I can't go that long I'll lose my mind!LOL!
 
igf/hgh would def help depending on the severity of the injury, also things like eq help increase tendon/lig strength, deca also adds alot of water to act as a lube in joints etc
 
I'm on deca now.it has helped with my elbows.I tell ya what At the rate I'm going with my injuries when I get to be about 80 I'm gonna have a heart like a fucking bull and won't be able to feed myself or walk because of my joint's.LOL!
 
haha damn OT your always hurtin somethin bro lol yeah i would def. think it would help and deca really kicks up your tendon lig. strength.
 
Thats why I lift Lighter weights nowadays.........I did too much damage in my early 20's by lifting super heavy. Now I just use weights that dont tax as much yet yeild result and help build tendon and ligament tissue with the assistance of IGF and HGH......I noticed a really good improvement with IGF/Deca stack for lubricating the joints and uilding tissue back.
 
You know me G.I've been to the ER so much I've got my own parking space!hell they've got donation plauges on the x-ray machines with my name on them.LMAO!

eq 300-400mg ED
igf/hgh and deca at 200-300
no test run some proviorn..its more arehab cycle than a gainer but i know many who have used it and are very thankful they did

Your saying to run 2.1 grams - 2.8 grams of Eq a week then???
Deca 200-300 EW or ED???????????????????????
 
haha thats what i was thinkin not much of a gainer huh if you didnt gain off of that then you should put down the weights lol.

yeah no shit LMAO!! that would have put paul borresons shics to shame LMAO!!! but on a serious note its a good rehab cycle..using about 30mcgs of igf and 2ius of hgh..i may start doing a 8 weeker of that once a year to help maintain some semplance of lig/tend strength..especially since i am falling in love wtih test susp LOL
