tesamorelin for fat loss

I’m looking at using tesamorelin so I can get more fat loss around my stomach.
It currently weigh about 340 lbs and I would like to lose at least a few inches off my waist going into the new year
Do I just inject it 2mgs into my stomach and leg fat 2x per week?
Any advice on how best to use it and where to get it

2mg per day for 8 weeks is optimal... dose it once per day 8-12 weeks

2mgs per day is max out with tesamorelin but start with 1mg ed to start
and you big dude you need to start cutting less carbs more cardio
