Yeah we are good friends an I know him he won't do research he will just listen to any body trying to sell him something an just take his chances an I don't want him to do it wrong an I don't know anyone to ask because I've never done gear I just like to stay lean an in shape he wanted to bulk up.

So apparently all he can find asap is clomid. Can anyone tell me what he should do? Like how much an when? Next week is his last week of the 11 weeks on test-E and like 4 weeks of HGC. How long should he take a break? And what should he do on his break? He has 50ccs of test-E along with 50cc of hgc and 50 cc of clomid. Keep in mind his last Cycle and his nips are sore. Thanks for all the welcomings an advice I really appreciate it. A full Cycle layout with what he has would be awsome. He is trying to bulk but doesn't know anything about what he is doing so break it down for me if you have the time please

I dont think clomid will help at this point.

Clomid will help get his natural test going but for current gyno sides i am pretty sure it won't help. Nolva is the best and he should at least get it on its way. I am sure others will comment.

I agree. Nolva. I had the same thing, and took Nolva, and boom it was gone in no time.

Your ""friend"" needs to use Nolvadex ASAP to combat the current estrogen causing ur gyno issue and also start on arimidex for future preventative measures!

40mg nolv for first 5-7 days, then 20mg until gyno sides subside, and arimidex maybe .5mg

So, if you - or your friend - aren't going to heed the advice you're asking for, and being given by experienced guys who know what they're talking about from experience, then yes. Up the creek with no paddle.
