For now do traditional workouts 1 group a day 5 days week
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
U gotra build strength and work slow.
Once u can complete those at 4 exercises and 4 sets per exercise per session min we can alter. Next will be more volume
But basic training important for 90 days with added cardio.
One step at a time. Build muscle and strength and burn fat.
To do HIIT u Gotta build up some muscle first to have endurance in muscles and fiber twitch with heart used to pumping them.
Hiit after that.
Haven't forgot about u.
But starting with basics necessary because body gotta adjust to high cortisol slowly and deal with it or else u will look like lance Armstrong. Not offense but we wanna be builders!!

Incline bench 4 sets, fly 4 sets, pullover 4 sets, then jump on the flat bench for 4 sets
 
I got the chance to get my testosterone this weekend. If I can find the right store for gelatin caps to put nolva in I might get things in progress a lot quicker. 750mg frontload followed by 250 2x week.

I got the chance to get my testosterone this weekend. If I can find the right store for gelatin caps to put nolva in I might get things in progress a lot quicker. 750mg frontload followed by 250 2x week.

If liquid put in shot size water in cup bottoms up!!
I do that with liquid. Shake measure dose and drink in water or tea....
If u got power make into solution or suspend...

What not use Adex??
Letro can be harsh...

Just worried about gyno
Than use Nolva at 10mg a day whole run with adex around 0.5mg @2x week.
This will keep gyno away!!!

I would worry about low estro more than gyno
So instead do as I stated.
If u crash estro lipids will be bad too, and it will defeat the purpose of health!!

I myself have never worried about gyno, instead I take precaution keep nolva and adex
Aromasin in my option will only Lower estro and possibly keep gyno already developed from growing more....
It's better to prevent and if symptoms come starve off gyno from estro period and hopefully kill It!

If u worried about gyno don't frontload and use test at 400 week until u see if gyno a concern and in future u will know!!!

Letro can be used to starve off a new gyno case if caught early with nolvadex of course
But if u use Nolva 10mg a day even 5mg depending on test dose with 1mg adex total a week with like 500 wk Test gyno will not be a concern

An estro test only way to know if u have high natty estro
Most prolly u will aromatase as with higher body fat one normally does aromatase and has higher natty estro!!!

Nolva thru cycle 10mg best way.
U will block any gyno from starting and with low dose adex keep estro from elevating too high

so far 20 minutes on a bike, a 15 minute walk up hill. 3 muscles worked in 2 days when I should of hit 3 on 3 days to target even more. I'm going to do about 40 minutes walking tomorrow at work. Yesterday was about 30 minutes. 75 minutes light cardio . workouts were maybe half hour long in the gym. 4 sets 4 excersises one muscle per day and try to get in 45 minutes. Thanks man...I wish I had a wife and kids.

I do that many steps just with my job and daily activity even off.
10000-16000 steps a day

Didn't workout today....
But was very busy for a bit....

I was looking at bulk protein deals. You guys in America are lucky 170 for 20kg whey in America...over 300 for the same here.
 
alright...small frontload.cc and half in right quad. 200mg tomorrow and then Thursday.
