To do HIIT u Gotta build up some muscle first to have endurance in muscles and fiber twitch with heart used to pumping them.
Hiit after that.
Haven't forgot about u.
But starting with basics necessary because body gotta adjust to high cortisol slowly and deal with it or else u will look like lance Armstrong. Not offense but we wanna be builders!!

To put Nolva in??I got the chance to get my testosterone this weekend. If I can find the right store for gelatin caps to put nolva in I might get things in progress a lot quicker. 750mg frontload followed by 250 2x week.

An estro test only way to know if u have high natty estro
Most prolly u will aromatase as with higher body fat one normally does aromatase and has higher natty estro!!!
Nolva thru cycle 10mg best way.
U will block any gyno from starting and with low dose adex keep estro from elevating too high

I think u should take 1 step at a time.I got a bit of gyno over the years...enough that I would hate to have it get any worse. Ok 400mg it is. What do you think of madol ?

I do that many steps just with my job and daily activity even off.budget for the above diet and c4/protein shouldn't be too too bad

Theres people doing 15000 steps wondering why they don't lose any weight eating shit foods.
Really these days I mostly only eat food.That post has me motivated to do a jog tomorrow. Or at least a couple sprints.
