I hope all you reading this will read to the bottom cos it might answer sum questions. now b4 i type what i want this is the cycle im on now. 1g test every week, 100mg masteron every other day, 70mg fina eod,50mg winny ed, 25mg anapolan 50ed,20mg nolva,75mg t3, 20mg ephadrine b4 training,hmb 4times a day at 5g each dose,cell-tech.
now ive given advice on dieting but i dont think people here hav the guts to follow it. controversial i may be but heres my current tale. i started out on this cycle 3 weeks ago and i hadnt juiced for a while but was trqaining heavy and had good natural strenth levels,now since that time i have put on 12lbs going from 255lbs to 267lbs, but the catch is ive been carb depleting, sumtimes low or no carbs, always high protein, but i will not lower my weights or even try to keep them the same whilst dieting like sum here and elsewhere, i make a point to get bigger and stronger. Now i just came back from chemical nutritions hq in the uk and had my bf read at 10.2% pre 3 wks ago, now ayt 12lbs heavier i am 8% bf and getting stronger whilst gettin leaner. Now alot of yuo have dieted here and complain that you lose alot of size, well heres the truth, heavy weights for 6-8 reps whilst you diet build big striated muscles and 12-15 except for legs will lose you size. who is stupid enuff to think high reps build definition. fuck me! definition is a level of bodyfat and thats it. watch ronnie colemans vid or arnie and they use off season weights and zero squeezing pumpin movements cos they do jack shit. white fibres get big and small, not "toned" etc. the sooner you guys keep adding the 5lb and 10lb plates whilst dieting the sooner you will keep all ur muscle and u might end up heavier. also, i add another heavy compuond set to each exercise when im dieting to make sure the muscles stays with that need to be big and strong or guess what? if it doesnt need to be big and strong, it will shrink. any questions would be good . this isnt meant to be attack based, infromative cos the pros are pros cos of little things you and i dont see, but i now have the ability to.
