The road back isn't going to be easy, but we gonna go from fat to fit in record time :)

Obstacle 1: Nasty shoulder impingement, no treatment plan yet. Complete loss of power output on right side, e.g. I can press a 100lbs db on my left, but on my right I am good for about 40-50lbs

Obstacle 2: Slight muscular tear in glute/erector region and a literally shifted pelvis during an accident. Am seeing a Chiro to fix this, but will be switching doctors.

This log will be updated regularly and will be planning a 15-20 week training waive, of which I am on week 2. If I can successfully navigate that comeback we will plan a competition in 2027 and then pivot into more specific training going into that.

My training for the next 6 weeks will be high frequency, squatting and benching 3x a week and rotating specialty equipment to limit load utilization on 2 of those workouts.

The saga continues, today we do a two day and some extra calories to support it--date night tomorrow, so gotta do what we gotta do.

This morning:
1x1 Pin Press - 325
Then single arm dumbbell press on my healthy side, supersetted with 5x5 barbell bicep curls

Short and sweet. My right shoulder impingement is a major issue, going to try to see a new doctor soon--likely will just take lots of supps lol :)


 

Still greasing the groove. 6x6 with the squat camber bar.

But why?

This bar is great for minimizing your ability to utilize a rapid rate of force development and introduce quite a bit of stability. Great for helping to build strength--but don't overuse it, you want to maintain skill specific work.


Still currently cruising around on 300 test / 10mg dbol.
Will be changing here in a bit once we get things firing on all cylinders.

But honestly some Unilateral work pays dividends. Requires lots of stabilization strength as well.

Bros, amazing job on this 600 mg test. It is looking really good. And if you want to drop the orals, that's fine. Maybe try changing up the dosing on the D-Bone and Anavar though. @ckcrown84

slow and steady. am enjoying the comeback. just had hand surgery today, lol. carpool tunnel fixes. sleep will drastically improve. training won't slow down, dont need a hand to SSB squat.

Hand surgery is healing fast. Got heavy SSB Squats tonight. Then another single arm press Wednesday and tons of hamstring work.
I then visit family Thursday and back Monday. Training camp begins Tuesday.

The hand surgery was a MUST and its only a minor 14 day hiccup in training, not a big deal. Had nerve release fixing severe carpool tunnel syndrome--which was massively disrupting sleep. Making me an old gruppy man and messing up my sleep.

Yesterdays workout:
5x3 single arm press
single arm tricep work--high reps on high reps
Then hip adduction and abduction to near failure.


Remember, if you have an injury or a setback you've got options... you can lay it up for a few weeks or you can design a training plan that allows you to continue getting stronger.

Will be dropping the anavar usage, but I gave the anavar a nice 6 week run during my initial comeback. Did I mention I love me some var?
