You see this all the time. people talk about cycles and drugs, and doses that they plan on using or are using, and they are asked what their cycle history is or say they or not ready for that drug, for some reason. IMO drugs all have different uses, and characteristic's that they bring to the table. Also, what does a cycle history have to due with future cycles? And why does one need to do a few cycles before using Tren?

Now I will say if you can grow off less, then by all means do less.

I always ask cycle history, but i never judge anyone by what they have done or plan to do. AAS does not do the same for everone. I have a friend who will not grow on test under 1000mg and i have another friend who will make great gains on 500mg test e weekly. Me being 40 will not grow like i did my first few cycles. So when i ask whats your cycle history or goals theres more to what i asking behind it.

The only thing I think cycle history matters towards is just learning how your body reacts to certain drugs. I mean if you've ran test and deca and know that it works for you, I'd not stray too far away to say test, eq, anadrol, masteron on your next cycle. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just a believer in seeing what works for you by introducing 1 new drug at a time to see if you're getting anything from that particular drug because if you throw in 3 new drugs, how do you really know what is working and what's not or what's causing new sides? Plus if you added in multiple items into a mix and gained, then one might think they can add more to their next cycle and then they get into huge doses and loads of compounds when they probably don't need half of it to get the same results without the sides

i think people ask because if you are already taking 1000mg of test and they tell you to take 500mg then you are not really helping them, it's kind of a base starting point.

agreed...also to see what doses made a difference...if you put on 5lbs of muscle with 500mg and 6 with 1000mg, whats the point of the increased dose...logging your cycles with real data is the best tool...compare doses to gains, crossed with diet and training and the picture sharpens up real quick as to what works for one the best
