I must admit and didn't realize this until now, but i missed your nightly rambling posts like this one, lol, I would remember back in 1999 and 2000 i would wake up on Sunday mornings just to read the crazy drunk shit you posted, back then we were running on an everyone.net free message board, then stickler built us the IKONBOARD, and well then we found vbulleting software in 2000 or 2001 and been using this software ever since, but yeah you use to go nuts on the everyone.net and ikon boards lol, funny until the drunken rambling started happening happening on week nights lol,
 
yeah dude... then weeknight's turned into every night... not any more... just on days that end in "y" ... that's all... seriously though.. trying to mentally and physically change ... everything bro.. which is why i'm back and not just "stopping by" ...

Bottom line is, this place is easy to be on.. read on.. and it keeps my mind from drifting and doing other things... already started falling back into my subconscious diet change.. carbs have been cut just in the past week.. drinking cut in half so far.. payday is Friday.. and joining the gym again this weekend.. basics in the bedroom or basement aren't cutting it.. LOL .. my goal for the next 2 weeks.. live through the pain of getting back into it.. THAT.. and trying not to shred a tear when I go to wipe my ass from doing legs.
