I am 40. There was a good friend of mine at other gym I would go to until I was banned! Banned for telling their personal trainer that if we didn't hire him and he wasn't gonna be positive that nobody wanted his critics.
Anyway my buddy was 60 he was ripped and big enough period which was pretty big.
I told my wife that isn't a problem he got a 20 years head start.
He laughed and said my friend that is what I said about the 60 year old who looked the best at gym at your age.
This guy is 60 and he is about 7% always and has contest build 24/7.

Good morning MC. I have to admit I enjoyed my arm workout this morning hopefully it's a new trend. Since I started the tbol I don't want to stop. I can't wait to get back to the gym. I just hope it keeps going like this. I've got the big daddy daughter dance with the grand babies today their dad will be there too but a little hard for dad to handle 3. I might be a little excited to help also. The arms feel like noodles right now.

Very nice T! I'm taking the weekend off after my first week back, everything is hurting like a mofo. I feel like a 90 year old man right now lol.
I weighed 249.6 last Saturday morning rested and fasted. Today I weighed 261.6 rested and fasted. It's a lot of water but nice to see the scale climbing lol. 290 here I come woot woot!
