another way u can use a plate (45) is super set one shoulder excercise to this----
grab a plate with the spaces in it that are like handles, and put 2 hands grabbing 1 handle, close together and do upright rows with them, it burns like a bitch so great for super setting
 
I never thought about it, but I guess I could possibly make a video of it. I love doing that for rear delts though, it's something different and really feels good

i do a finishing exercise, i dont know the correct name. i call them angel wings, i super set them with dumbbell shrugs

sit on a 90 degree bench chair, with dumbells at your side,with out moving your palm position, raise the dumbbells all the way to the top, where they are above your head, and you can almost touch your knuckles together. do them high rep, and concentrate on the negative.
and super set with heavey dumbell shrugs.

works the entire shoulder and really pumps up the traps
