well , first of all , that was something ive tried for a while now , second of all , check on the glycemic index of whey and that in itself is pretty high . consume ur whey and carbs when u shoot , and u will be fine when insulin peaks in about 30 mins or so . btw, the need for carbs isnt really 10 gms per iu( although i suggest u start off at 10 gms ) , i do fine at 7 gms per iu .
either way , this is the guideline i follow , works great for me , but forget my guidelines , and just grasp the idea that u need to have hyper amino acid levels in ur system when insulin is active . shoot insulin and covering it with carbs is of not much use .
