Back in the gym. Just chewed up 20mg halo. Onlyt missed about 12 days but man did i miss it. lol

Had a great workout. Little winded early into it. Lungs feel clear, tomorrow with train with one of my MMA guys. His warm ups are brutal. Doc had given me a Alburtal spray. not sure i spelled it right. I used before i trained, i think it gave me the shakes a bit. I have ran halo many times but this spray was supossed to open my lungs up. Im going to google it to see whats up.

Thats what it is and the word "rescue" inhaler is exactly what he said. From what i have read it is common for people to get a shakes with it,also a rapid heart beat. My chest sounded gurgle when exhaling while i was at his office. Im fine now, i guess this is common script when getting a head and chest cold.

yes very common, alot of docs do the standard, steroid, inhaler and zpack
