Today's diet... Post it up

Don't cheat and no excuses. Post up what you ate today and what you have left to eat.
1. 8 oz turkey sausage
3 pieces turkey bacon
2 pieces of wheat toast
2. 8oz of Rottisserie chicken, 1 wheat pita
3. 1 small chicken leg and 6 Perogi's
4. 2 5 oz hot Italian turkey sausages and 2 cups brown rice
5. 7 oz's lean ground beef in a wheat wrap and 6 Perogi's

I don't normally eat this many times. I was just up a lot today and only did a little cardio

Dude this thread is motivating as fuck! Let's keep it going!

1. 2 scoops whey and 6 table spoons of natty pb, 5g creatine, multi, vit c, animal flex, omega 3, garlic
2. 6 whole eggs scrambled with 3 cups of shredded cheese and hot sauce, 5 pieces of turkey bacon
3. couple bites of cottage cheese, 10-15 ritz crackers with almond butter
4. Pre training - 50g of carbs from oatmeal made with a cup of milk, 1 protein bar, 1 scoop of whey, 400mg berberine hcl
5. During training/right after training - gatorade while training and after plus 2 scoops of whey and 5g creatine
6. Post training - huge bowl of chili with fritos mixed in, small bowl of ice cream, and 400mg berberine hcl
7. 2 scoops of whey, 10-15 more ritz crackers with almond butter

So this is basically a carb backloading/TKD diet.
 
Well... I skipped meal 5... And all I had was two big bowls of chicken noodle soup. I was just lazy and craving it. I still have one meal to go so I'm going to try to fit the beef in
 
lots of eggs, chicken, shakes, rice, oatmeal, salad, chicken sandwich from sonic, and some cookies
 
I just woke up sorry just had banana cream protein shake with egg white powder mixed in. Gonna have brown rice and chicken and veggies before I workout. Then a big salad and a double cheese burger after I workout hopefully no fries:embarrass after that it's a crapshoot. I like to eat eggs before i go to bed cause they make me tired for some reason. HMMM I'm getting hungry. Almost time for breakfast.
 
first breakfast sausage eggs and jelly biscuit
second breakfast yogurt and oats
first lunch lamb taco before workout
after workout i went back to the mexican meat market for 2 steak tacos lol
supper was chicken, couscous and veggies
i just ate some left over pizza because i cant let food go to waste lol
 
First of all cobra how on god's earth do you fit 3 cups of cheese in 6 eggs? THat would be like an eggy cheese pattie? Also Julious you have got to be greek or middleastern. What kind of sauce do you put on a lamb taco like a mint cilantro garlic sauce?

Preworkout just cilantro and lime washed down with water. Ill quote presser "i like the taste of meat"
 
A little bit of cilantro goes a long way. Funny how people either love or hate cilantro. I love it. I recently converted from tex mex gringo style(lettuce/tomato/cheese/sourcream/hotsauce)

To just onion and cilantro. I still love the sauces though. I make a pretty mean salsa rojo.

Meal 1: 8 Fish Oil, Coffee with Coconut Oil
Meal 2: 5 eggs, 5 bacons
Meal 3: PreWO Protein Shake- 20p,5c (premade)
Meal 4: PostWO Protein Shake- 2 scoops (60gs), 3 tbs natty pb
Meal 5: 3 thigh, 3 leg, salad, cilantro mayo, curry mayo
SLEEP

Sorry 3 servings my bad and a serving is 1/3 of a cup. It made sense in my head.

So according to MyFitnessPal it is about 2800 Calories. I am on a cut. And that is a training day. I try to eat less than 2500 on OFF days. Less than 3000 on my WorkOut Days.

Fat has a ton of calories and therefore energy.
Once you become fat adapted you aren't even that hungry.
Some weeks I use every trick in the book to stay on.
But this week has been a breeze.

Although today all I have eaten is 8 Fish Oil and Coffee with Heavy Cream
Having a big ass Filet tonight so I want to save up
 
I've ate like shit today.....

Protein shake and oatmeal, and coffee

Monster drink sugar free

Quest protein bar

Ham and cheese sandwich wrap, about 8 small Reece's pb cups(small ones), and a dr pepper

That's it today so far ( it's 2:40 pm). I'm helping restore power from the snowstorm, so that's my excuse....

730am oats protein/P-butter-half banana-1egg.
1040 rice/beef.
1230 protien(forgot my oatbran prework out) ECA.
gym
2pm 2scoops protien plus vits and minerals ect(forgot my oatbran)
330 rice salmon beans.
7pm beef stew and potatoes.
1030 lazy need to eat some thing but might just have some toast and a shake lazy and tirred work in the morning..like to eat 5 eggs but cant be arsed to move..night all..ttfn..
 
update found some thia chicken soup in the fridge bonus now time for bed..
oooopps and i forgot about the half of banoffee pie as well..:satan::satan:
 
75 gram protein shake and 1 cup yogurt pre workout.
3 chicken thighs
6 all grain crackers (Imay have had more cant remember)
Potatoes cooked in green beans w/onion and seasoned to taste
16 oz of venison tenderloin (will have more later tonight)
Another protein shake
2 scoops of peanut butter
Oatmeal 1 cup w/rasins
And some valentines day chocolate later tonight.
More yogurt (the good stuff high in protein)

And if im still hungry who knows what the hell I may consume. Greta thread with some great posts...
