Today's diet... Post it up

I got up a little late today and didn't have breakfast food, so I had to run to the store.
1. Roast beef, Turkey, Ham, sub with wheat bread
2. 4 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites scrambled with 3 pieces wheat toast, 4 oz almonds

Preworkout drink with creatine

3. Post WO shake 9 oz apple juice, 5 strawberries, half banana, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 70g whey protein

4. 8 oz lean ground beef with taco seasoning 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, 2 wheat wraps

5. Same as meal 4 and 4 oz almonds
 
1. turkey bacon, eggs and sausage biscuit
2. pear greek yogurt with oats
3. dry ass turkey sandwich with provolone
4. spaghetti because my fiance is running a half marathon sunday
5. chicken

i eat pistachios or almonds throughout the day, drink those bathhouse farms smoothie drinks and usually just protein shakes after workout and before bed

about to eat something now and or drink casein shake

oh and i forgot yesterday at that mexican meat market i went to their bakery and got some good shit i just dont know the name of it lol i know churros

Ok so catching up... been keto the past two days. I'm trying to slightly lean out. I basically ate everything in sight the past month and gained a little fat (still have six abs visible), but want to cut the carbs back and up the fats. That's my general method for recomp. My calories will still be very high 3500-4000+ every day minus a protein sparing modified fast that I'm going to experiment with throwing in once a week.

Diet has been essentially eggs, bacon, lots of coffee, salads, beef, cheeses, and I had one sweet potato yesterday.

Tomorrow I'll be keto until an hour before training.

Yeah I'm like starving 24/7 basically, unless I don't get enough sleep which is odd but always true for me.

2 cartons egg whites I drink one emediatly waking up and one right after work out
1 large banana.

thats it. I add chili and garlic to chicken and steak. And vanilla and cinnamon to cream of weat with sweatnlow.

Oh and I also snack on home made protien bars I make. Lol I posted recipe and nutrition facts on them.
 
So today
1. Half a huge Italian sub
2. 8oz chicken in a wheat pita
3. Half a rottisserie chicken and 2 cups of wheat pasta
4. 8oz chicken in a wheat pita
- Training..
And still going... I have chest, abs, and calves... My favorite day

I tried the pistachio thing, but I won't stop until the bag is gone. The big bags...

That doesn't look too bad... How are you breaking them up? I would have to throw in a ton of broccoli and squash and zucchini though. Those super clean diets make me insane. I need to eat constantly or I get angry
 
To the dude, the amount of food is easy to eat. Just like you said clean diet suck. Have no taste. I will add in zucchini I love zucchini. I'm fixing to order a big papa johns pizza tonight if I can't control these craving I'm having today. I can usually make I'm stop by eating more cream of wheat. But ill see

Bro that's what I do. If I have a craving I can't control after a while. I'll gorge myself on it so I can't stand the thought of it for a while. I did that on Papa Johns a couple weeks ago. I still can't stomach the thought of it
 
So good going down, but ten minutes after makes you want to throw up. And I've thrown up a couple of time after binge eating.
 
Ok so I want to keep this thread going because it's a great idea.

Basically my diet is like this: Heavy days (squat or deadlift or back or chest or shoulders) I do carbs pre workout , intra workout, and post workout. I'm not too strict on the sources for post workout. On light days (usually arm, abs, pullups, cardio thrown in between heavy days as I like to train every day LOL) I go keto. And once a week I have a binge night where I have a pizza, desert, and a couple beers. I usually squat the following day. At all other times I'm super high fat and super high protein. I try to keep the calories as high as possible and stay away from processed foods. This diet keeps me around 205, 6 abs showing, 8-9% bf, lat and ab veins, and most importantly feeling awesome. This is on no hormones other than trt. Pop some dmz or havoc and in 2 weeks I'm 210-215 same or less bodyfat.

I think it's very important to find a diet you can stay lean on and still get in lots of calories. This is what I've settled on. I stay strong and feeling great.
 
I usually save my binge meal somewhere in the 3-5 hour range after I work out. Try to save it for leg days like cobra. Usually red meat. Burger or italian beef. But I tell you what the best binge meal just to eat till you get sick is spaghetti. It comes back out like butter. Oh and how sweet it is.
