I've dropped it until my "stuff" starts working again. I was fine at 120mg/week. I just didn't feel like that was doing much for me. 180/week was too much. I'll add it back in at 120/week mainly for whatever joint pain relief it can give me. I should have experimented with NPP so it would clear my system quickly, but I don't have NPP.
 
Try not to overthink things. A lot of times a scale plays tricks on us and our weight can fluctuate. Some people can go up and down six to eight pounds. @EMW14

Back up to 192.6 this morning. Yesterday I must have lost a couple pounds of water I normally am carrying.

Used to, when I was cutting, I put my daily weight and calories in a spreadsheet. That way, I could easily see the overall trend as opposed to daily ups and downs. I probably should do that again for this growth phase.
 
Doing a chest workout today. Dragging ass, as usual today.

Warmup: empty bar x 30 reps
135lbs x 10 reps
185 x 5 reps

Also did lateral and anterior raises, 10lb db's x 20 reps each.

245lbs: 5x5

Incline DB press:
75lbs: 1x4
70: 3x5

Done. I should do another set, but I've put a kink in my neck and I've run way past the time I intended to spend in the gym.

Doing a couple quick sets of seated incline db hammer curls as a PT thing for bicep tendon/rotater cuff.
15lb: 1x10
20: 1x8

Lunchtime. Awesome pump in my pecs and was pretty strong today. Pretty happy with 5 sets of 5 at 245lbs on the bench. Maybe see about going up to 250 next time.
 
Brief arm workout this morning:

Triceps:
Close grip bench press:
Empty bar warmup: 1x20
135 lbs warmup: 1x10
185: 1x5
205: 4x5. This is pretty close to my upper limit right now. I got 5 clean reps but the last 2 were tough on every set. Running out of both time and energy.

Biceps:
EZ Bar Curls supersetted with CG Bench Press:
40 lbs on ez curl bar: 1x10
50: 1x5
55: 1x5
60: 2x5

Abs/hip flexers:
"In & out:" 1x15
"Bicycle:" 1x15
Russian twists w/ 20lb db: 1x15. These were a challenge. I've been doing them with a 15lb db so this was a 30% increase in weight.

The ab exercises were done in succession with tri's and bi's so it looked like this:
CG Bench followed by
EZ Curl bar followed by
In & Out. Next round did bicycles; then Russian Twists.

Done. Not a big workout at all but I sure did tax my tri's and bi's.
