Training Twice a Day

Does anyone have time to do this or have experiance with it. i would love to but time does not allow for it.

i would like to do something like chest in the am and then bi's pm, or something along those lines with a larger bodypart in the morning and then a smaller one with cardio at night.
 
I do , I lift though early then return for more cardio in Pm after Stock Market closes, you have to be real careful and not over train, if you do it for a while when you go back to one time you feel like you missed a workout, I love the gym though
 
i am sure if you ate enough and were on the super supplements you could avoid overtraining, maybe taking a nap as well ( i love me some naps)
 
as long as you eat and sleep or nap right, there is no such thing as overtraining IMO
 
I have to agree with Nuknuk on this one. I am doing very high volume right now and actually a two a day on Monday's. Not counting cardio twice a day so I guess two a day's every day. But I don't feel overtrained at all because of my diet, sleep pattern, and supplementation.
 
I used to do it. BigA from PM used to help me a little on the side and i never experienced a problem with it. I trained heavy in the am and lighter in the PM. PM sessions were short and sweet...25-30mins tops. I would recommend allowing at least 8 hours between training session though. A nap helps too. My job at the time allowed for all of this and it worked out great
