Tricep Tendonitis

searching around igf1 comes up as "future medication" So were basically getting it early lol. Shipment comes today! Out for delivery. Since I wont be able to hit triceps as hard as I would want to, will they become soft or how would they appear?

In other words: What would you look if you apply IGF to triceps and not work them out?

Well you apply it to different areas of the tricep, somewhat close to the elbow, but not too too close...Remember wherever you apply it, it is ultimately going to be in your bloodstream, HOWEVER it is more effective it applied directly at or near an injury....

Scientific research to support or not, Im walking proof, so are others on this board...People can believe it or not. Doesn't much matter to me, but Im glad you are giving this a go...

Other things that definently have helped me is putting some water weight on, deca and other compounds that add a little bloat seems to ease the pain of joint discomfort for me...

Might have to experiment here and there til you find what works best, ice, igf, hgh, and deca are IMO the best cures out there for this issue....

appreciate the response. Im going to apply as far down on the long head tricep muscle. Would that be my best bet? Or should I apply near actual elbow/tendon?

And how will my triceps look after being on IGF and not really working them out?

First application today. Left tricep became more sore and became hard. I massaged it. Right tricep was no problem at all, not nearly as sore as left tricep. I barely was able to take a shower cuz of my left tricep lol. Besides that I still feel where the needle went it.

I cant get it just yet but a friend is, I was wondering how the igf would do but I know someone having hamstring issues and jhas been igf for a while so IDK how much that works, than again he reps 1600 pounds on leg press so maybe it is doin its job by just staying how it is and not getting worse..

Another thing that could help is Tart Cherry Concentrate. I don't have joint issues but a lot of people I know particularly some older people with joint and tendon issues swear by this stuff. In fact since taking it regularly some of them have gone off their prescription meds.

Im currently applying IGF to the long head. Is that fine or should I apply directly to the tendon? Has anyone ever applied IGF to a tendon?

Do not apply to the tendon. From what I know, IGF is meant to be applied to the muscle belly. See other post on application site.

You have a lot of information on this so I'm not exactly sure why we are beating this subject over and over. Perhaps you should read up a little more before using any more IGF.

I just didnt expect it to be so sore that I cant apply every day to long head. as planned.
