Hey dudes,
Ive got a cycle coming up. I got it mostly planned out but feel free to critique it. My biggest question is, with this cycle, would it be worth the extra $$ to throw some IGF-LR3 into it?

12 Week Cycle
Tren Ace 700mg/wk (dropping it after week 10)
Test Prop 200mg/wk (uping it to 350/wk for wks 11, 12)
Mast 700mg/wk
Tbol(oral) 60mg/day weeks 1-4
Winny(oral) 60mg/day weeks 6-12

Ill be taking aromasin eod. and will have caber on hand. PCT did well for me last time I ran this cycle. Standard clomid-100/100/50/50 nolva-40/40/20/20.

As I said, Ive ran this cycle before with good results. I respond well to low test high tren. I know others dont. My diets fairly nailed down. Im 6ft 210lbs currently. Id say roughly 10-12% bf. Ive ran quite a few cycle before. So my biggest questions are would LR3 be worth it to add to this. And another thing is caloric intake. I understand that diet is key with any gear. Im just wondering, would it be wise to eat in a CLEAN caloric surplus, keeping protein high? Alright thats it guys. Thanks for your help and adivce.


EDit: one last thing before I get flamed. I am currently in a caloric defeicit and have a few more weeks, before starting this cycle. So i understand being at 10-12% bf mast wouldnt shine so well. But i should be down into single digits when the time comes.

If you've run this cycle before then I gaurantee adding igf will enhance it provided your gear is legit and as good as last cycles gear. It will make this cycle seem unreal. No BS

edit: would 50mcg bilat on the trained muscle and 100mcg where on non training days, would that work? Dosages on this stuff seem to be all over the place

anywhere should work on non training days........I like sub-q but I don't think it matters as long as you get it in.
 
yeah im a less is more kind of guy lol, 30-50mcg daily is the way to go
 
No matter what your cycle, add MC IGF. When you get off cycle, use MC IGF. As far as doses, start small and go up AS NEEDED. I've done 30mcg bilat daily and have done 100mcg bilat daily, and the difference isn't worth wasting the product, IMHO. Unless of course, you're just a baller and can buy MC IGF like it's a can of diet coke.
 
I have done from 30mcg to 100mcg and honestly I got just as good of results from the 30 as I did the 100. No need to waist it. Less is More!!
 
yeah for me anything over 100mcg is a waist, I try to stick to half that 30-50mcg, but have gone up , way up and anything over 100mcgs kinda felt the same to me, so I figure why waste it right lol
 
I wouldn't use tren and mast at the same time especially at 700mg each. At that weekly does you could take nothing else and respond well. Hell I could eat nothing but grass and dirt and respond well to 700mg/week of each lol. Shit adding Tbol on top of that? Regarding if you should add IGF all I can say is I use MC IGF for years while bulking/cutting. Its the reason I no longer use HGH. If it was me, based on your past cycles and never used MC IGF 1-3 week 50mg tbol1-15 week 600mg test prop1-15 week 500mg mast 1-15 week 50mcg MC IGF a day
 
Just wanna say thanks to everyone for their input on this thread. Ill be starting in a few weeks. Im going to get bloods ran, and then its GO TIME! Im going to do my best to keep a log, but being a nurse, im constantly on the go so im unsure if itll be updated everyday or not. Thanks Bros!
 
The log will be cool to follow, but if you can’t hit it daily then no biggy brutha! Just concentrate on yourself, your training, diet, rest etc...

Yep, been a nurse for many many years. We actuslly discyssed it when u were advising my very firsr cycle. I meal prep like a mad man now. My days off seriously consist of cooking 8-12 meals and putting them in tubberware. ER nurses dont get a chance to sit. Needless to say, i get plenty of cardio.
 
One last question that i cant seem to find an answer to. With IGF-LR3 do i need to cycle off of it. Like 5 on 2 off? Or can i run it 7 days a week for the duration of my cycle. Ive seen conflicting arugements to both sides, referring to down regulation, etc. Pls some shed some light for me.

I am currently running 60 mcgs & will be doing it until 1 vial is gone. Already been a couple weeks. I am doing everyday & it is working great. Most guys I've talked to, do it that way & for about 4 to 6 weeks. By the looks of what I have left, it will be between 4 & 5 weeks for me.

Most arround here me included use it everyday. You will be happy you did. I look forward to your log.

My cycle is going to be 10-12 weeks long. Still think everyday is the way to go? I dont mind pinning it every day, just dont want to end up wasting product, or causing damage(down regulation, if that is such a thing with this)
 
Just remember adding more is not the answer with IGF. I think down regulation is possible when people treat it like AAS and keep adding more because they think it stops working.
