All I can say is outstanding! Amazing work you have obviously put in. I am 5'11" also and weigh 235-243 ED and have been wanting to cut up to see what I'd look like. My question to you is this: how much did you weigh before you started cutting? how much did you weight on contest day and what was your before and after bodyfat percentages? ANy info is greatly appreciated bro. Those pics are very motivational!

i weighed 235 at 7.2% before i started. i was on stage at 202! but i did come in much drier than last year so that was the weight difference. i never got my BF tested b/c its so overrated. there is too much error involved. i was probably mid 4's.
