First of all, i would like to introduce myself. I am an 18 year old girl. I weigh 180 pounds and i am 5ft 11. this is very bad because some of the weight have to do with the fat in my body. I don't have good information on my body fat percentage but i do know it's not good. I want to be really lean and have muscles. In the past, i have had terrible eating habits but i now eat clean. My diet mostly consists of pita with grilled chicken, oat meal, lots of fruits and water. I do take whey protein also. I have stopped eating chocolates candies, ice creams, cakes, chips and other junk foods. I got clenbuterol and anavar from a trusted friend and i have started taking the clenbuterol and training for 3-4 times a week. I will later start to take the clenbuterol and anavar together after i am done with school exams. I just need advice on what i should do, eat, have e.t.c to reduce my body fat and look like the person in the picture i posted in this message. i also want to ask if my first cycle of anavar would make me look like the woman in the picture if i train well? (if so, what exactly should i do?) or how many eight week cycle is necessary plus the right amount of dosage i need. plus i want to add that i am in a three week cycle of clem right now. i started with 40 mcg and i will work my way up to 80 mcg then taper down. Is this advisable or should i just stay in a two week range with the highest dosage being 60 mcg? Thanks
