I am a bicyclist and I usually bicycle around 100 km a week on average. I’m in my 50s and things don’t recover the way they used to. I’ve got numerous injuries, especially my ankles, my knees and my hips. What is a good amount of growth hormone that would work for me? Is the more the merrier? Should I shoot for 5iu’s or more? Or should I stick to a lower dose at 1-2iu’s?
