Im starting to see a vein come through my calf for the 1st time ever, and this is gonna sound reallllllly bad but I took off doin legs this whole year lol after last years huge leap in weight, and barely a change in leg size I said fuck u 2012 leg workouts, but whatever at least im honest ( I have done deads if you want to count those)
