Ok, Im expiermenting with a couple new exercises and wanted to get your guys feedback.
1. Vertical Leg Press:: Been trying them as a finisher using the smith machine. Not sold on it but a friend of mine loves them on a real vertical press. Do you guys like them??
2. I have been playing with Hammer curls but in the past, Ive always found that after a while, they hurt my tendons/joints. Also, Ive noticed guys do these vastly different. Some pull the curl into there chest while others bring it up in a normal curling fashion. Id like to hit ny brachialis better, any suggestions??
